Jill Evans, owner of Jill’s Bloomers, is planning to attend Singles Haunt at the Silver Twilight a live music and dance club. Arriving slightly late, she finds the party in full motion and sees most of the guests dressed in vamp red or dark black costumes. Jill stands out like a sore thumb in a white sparkly fairy costume.

Arden and Leo, tied to one another through a curse, show up at the Singles Haunt looking for a woman who may just be able to break the curse. Looking around they see most of the women are looking for a fling, until they spot Jill, then they both agree there is something special about her.

Arden takes initiative and rescues Jill from falling, getting the first chance to spend time with her. Arden and Jill find they have more in common than their attraction to each other, making her more desirable than ever. After an eventful night that gets interrupted to soon, Arden invites Jill to his house for dinner.  Leo is there as well and is smitten from the moment he sees the twinkle in Jill’s eyes.

Jill finding herself attracted to both men, is initially reluctant at a possible threesome. Finding the desire is too hard to bear, she relents and takes a chance on both. Will this dynamic trio be able to find happiness, once the curse is revealed to Jill or will she retreat as those before her have?

Twofold Desires was originally released as part of a Things That Go Bump In The Night Anthology in 2004. Ashleigh Raine has written a clever tale full of playful banter and humorous dialogue. I laughed out loud a few times while reading Twofold Desires and was drawn in by the vulnerability of Arden and Leo. Enjoyed immensely and highly recommend.
